TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US, IF ANY, FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT, OR EUR 100 IF NO SUCH PAYMENT WAS MADE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GREENSPACE DOO NOVI SAD, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:
